Champignon Hydne hérisson, Hericium erinaceum (mycelium)

 L’hydne hérisson, au japon Yamabushitake (champignons des moines de la montagne) ou Houtou est utilisé de longue date en médecine traditionnelle et par exemple en Chine contre les douleurs d’estomac et certains cancers. Des polysaccharides aux vertus anti tumorales sont étudiés depuis plus de 30 ans. Il est utilisé pour la régénération des nerfs (producteur de myéline) et contre la sénilité.
