     Grifola frondosa

    Le Maitake est présent dans toutes les zones tempérés au Nord de l'équateur. Il y a eu 481  études depuis les années 1970 et environ une vingtaine par an depuis 2008. 

    D’après ces études il a été reconnu qu’il pouvait agir positivement sur un grand nombre de pathologies dont voici quelques références :
